Satin Stitch, pillow forts and sleeping cats

I am really out of practice with this, as you can probably tell...

But I'm committed( ha! I know some of you are laughing at me!) to getting some of my UFO's done and outta here!

It's really fun to take all the pillows in the house and make a fort... Just ask Captain Skye!

Cats will sleep anywhere... even while you are boxing things and vacuuming! I only had to pull him out of the boxes twice....

The Return of the Sprites...

I have been making these little sprites for years....

I love the pattern and have made them in all sizes, including one three foot tall one for DD # 2...

So I dusted out the pattern and made some Valentine babies...

One went to my friend Leslie in colorado , and the other of course went right to the Skye Girl....

This set was for my SIL Kerry's friend Raelyn... she liked them lots! I may even have to break down and make myself a set....

I even made pretty labels. Not exactly what I wanted, but for crying out loud, they are just labels and they'll have to get washed off anyway!

Headbands

I made a whole bunch... they went together very easy, thanks to The Long Thread saving me again form searching endlessly for a simple pattern, that and lazy me, I didn't want to draft one myself. I am worried that the fit will be a bit small for some Turkan girls, but missy Skye Girl fits just perfect!
