Well the Pub, Lis Doon Varna is officially open!!!!!
We celebrated last night by having a nice dinner, with the limited menu and watching the Peoria Sports Complex firworks from the patio....
Sorren, in her fourth of July Tutu dress was a big hit!

Here she is running off to collect some neon bracelets to make into a necklace.....
A good time was had by all, and a big relief to have the inspections all done and passed.
Yeah Gregg! There is still lots of hard work to be done, but the main thing is that Gregg got it open!
The Grand Opening is in September, if you want to come, just let us know, we'll save you a table, or you can join us in the "Snug".
