Twirly Feliz Dress

OK,

shoot me, I just had to make one, or two, and possibly about three dozen more!

they are really fun and the DGD loves to twirl in them....

I made some adjustments after the first one...It's been a long, long while since I've tackled a Euro pattern, and I just should have figured it out myself... but no, I had to try and read the instructions....

Oh well, live and learn?
